The fifth dimension is made up of several massive galaxies. The universe was once ruled by a civilization known as the Precursors. They terraformed countless worlds and created warp gates allowing for hyper fast travel around the universe. At some point a cataclysm destroyed the Precursors, years passed and new powers rose. However these powers are not near those of the Precursors thus most technology comes from scavenging. This world is dangerous and death is possible at any second.
